ETF Market Vital Signs, April 21: Momentum Fizzles
FYI: There was little follow through in the U.S. stock market on Tuesday after a rip-roaring Monday, although overseas markets continued to shine, particularly in China. Investors there appear hungry for more stimulus after last weekend’s cash infusion. The technology- and biotech-laden Nasdaq Composite was the exception; the benchmark rose to within a whisper of its 2000 record closing high.
