    Thanks Ted. Own VZ and T through the ETF HDV. The biggest holding through the ETF is XOM. Also own CMI, QCOM, GILD and OAK.

    Long a mix of high (STWD, MHG, BX, OAK), medium (WPC, BNS, CLNY, BIP, BPY) and lower but growing (BF.B, V, MA, ECL, AGU, GILD, IFF). Those are just examples.
