New Direxion/Value Line ETFs Are For Dividend Lovers And Conservatives

FYI: -- Exchange-traded funds are more popular by the day, but not all of these baskets of stocks in a particular sector bring value to investors.
Brian Jacobs, president of Direxion Investments, wants to change that and has teamed up with Value Line to offer three new ETFs.
