FYI: ( The :Linkster says, "read my lips, no rate increase until 4/16")
I have been fairly agnostic on several issues related to where interest rates are heading. It has never been my job to forecast where the 10-year yield will be in six months. Not predicting and not caring are two very different things, however. Rates matter a great deal -- to investors, to the economy and most of all to debtors of every kind.

I'll happily take you up on a bet that your assessment is incorrect, regarding:
"Linkster says, "read my lips, no rate increase until 4/16"
“I expect that conditions may warrant an increase in the federal funds rate target sometime this year,” Yellen told a conference sponsored by the San Francisco Fed. But Yellen stressed several times that the Fed would be cautious and subsequent rate hikes would likely to be gradual.
Ted, just wondering how much our bet is going to be?
The one where you said there will be no rate hike until 4/16?

Ted
