FYI: Sometimes, life is filled with unintended consequences, like the time you bought an attractively priced house in a new subdivision. Sure, you got new appliances and a really great Jacuzzi in the master bathroom. But the house was built over an old cemetery, and the toaster shouted "Get out!" every time you entered the kitchen.
