The Six-Year Bull Market In Five Charts

FYI: It’s been a running of the bulls in the stock market for the past six years.

The S&P 500 is up more than 200% since bottoming on March 9, 2009, amid the depths of the financial crisis. As we discussed in Monday’s Morning MoneyBeat, a variety of factors have fueled the market’s record run, including healthy corporate earnings, a gradually improving economy, historic levels of spending on buybacks–and, of course, a massive stimulus program from the Federal Reserve that pushed investors into stocks.
