Why Active Managers Fail (And Why You Shouldn’t Fire Them)
Hopefully nobody judges their Fund Managers performance on 2014 (1 yr.), managers will give reasons for short term underperformance....double check their long term performance...then decide if they are moving in right or wrong direction, I have fired managers who suddenly (1Yr.) started buying Companies (holdings) I didn't agree with, otherwise I don't see the significance of 1yr.?
