FYI: Last week seemed like a strong week for the market, and in terms of returns, it was. The Dow rose 3.8%, the largest one-week percentage gain since January 2013; the S&P 500 rose 3%. The moves pushed the Dow ever so slightly into the green on the year. It’s up 1.22 points. The S&P 500 is down 3 points on the year.
