Well, I can only note that I'm glad we have some I.G. bonds for an offset against the equity side...

We're about 45/45 equity to bonds, with 10% cash looking for a home.
The 10% cash from an early January sale would have been down more than 1% YTD.
So I suppose that is the positive side to view.
Guess we'll be close to have a break even for the start of this year. Will know with Saturday math.
