FYI: The rush to launch new alternative mutual funds and ETFs prior to December 31 was nothing short of epic. I can only imagine the number of people working overtime to get this done, and launching an alternative mutual fund or ETF that uses shorting, derivatives and/or leverage, and invests on a global basis, is nothing short of a monumental task (as I have experienced personally). Well done to all those involved. We will have our full 2014 recap of fund launches out fairly soon, but the list of 33 funds below is enough to chew on for a bit of time.
