I've wondered for years whether the high tech military gear our country sells to others has an imbedded "kill code" to disable the device, be it a unit to launch a rocket or a full blown fighter plane. My curious view from having worked in the technology area in both the military and private sectors.
So, does China want to be able to "borrow" software technology, something else; or is this just a total government control issue?
