Gross'Latest The Federal Reserve has finally understood the damage its zero interest rates policy has caused but won’t appease markets with a sudden rise in rates, according to bond veteran Bill Gross in his latest investment outlook.
Gross, who joined Janus Capital at the end of 2014, said capitalism had been morphed into a new entity since central bank policies, notably zero interest rates, had created ‘distortions’ and left markets in a precarious position. Gross, however, said the advantage is currently with equity investors, albeit only slightly.
