FYI: The S&P 500 has a fever and the only prescription is more HCA Holdings (HCA). The broad-market benchmark will add HCA after the end of trading on Monday, says S&P Dow Jones Indices in a release. HCA, a Nashville-based hospital operator, will replace grocer Safeway (SWY), which is being gobbled up by private-equity firm Cerberus Capital.
