  • I went to the Hearts and Wallets website to read the source, but could find no mention of the survey.

    I've emailed the WSJ author Karen Damato to ask for a copy of the source.

    I've honestly been skeptical of the Edward Jones firm since reading Edward Jones Saga, by Sylvia Kronstadt.

    Hard to see how the survey could be done credibly. So, wanted to take a closer look.

    Thank you for "digging" into this.

    Here is a linked page which briefly notes this study, named; Investor Quantitative Panel 2014. Tis the top most paragraph. Would be interesting to know who their base survey folks are and how they were selected.

  • @MFO Members: Relax folks its just a survey, and a survey isn't worth the paper it's printed on !
