The Breakfast Briefing U.S.: Will Santa Keep The Rally Going ?
FYI: U.S. stocks started December shaky but are ending it strongly. The Dow Jones Industrial Average finally crossed the 18000 mark earlier this week. The index is up 8.77% on the year, with the S&P 500 up 12.63%, in line for its third consecutive year of double-digit growth. The bulls seem to have everything they could want. The economy is growing, the Fed is “patient,” inflation is low, corporate margins are high. Now, here comes Santa Claus.
