FYI: In the announcement of US potentially normalizing relations with Cuba, the $33 million dollar closed end fund “Herzfield Caribbean Basin” — stock symbol CUBA — popped 40%:.

  • And it has little if anything to do with Cuba. Either algos looking for anything named Cuba or dopey retail investors who will soon seen it go back to the discount to NAV that it's been trading at.
  • @Scott: I agree, just look at the cruise line, RCL, and NCLH stocks pop.
