Like to post that article on Vanguard's site, the author would get tore up! He doesn't have a clue. The best funds at Vanguard for ANY year, a Novice could pick out, that's one of the attributes that makes Vanguard great for ANY type of investors, beginners start there, experts hold their best (forever)
