FYI: Oil stocks are getting some relief Tuesday, but the worst might not be over.
A basket of oil producing firms, the $1-billion SPDR Oil & Gas Exploration & Production ETF , advanced as much as 3.3% Tuesday before giving back some of its gains. U.S.-based oil producers have been among the hardest hit in recent months amid fears that the slide in oil prices will curb profits for the once-booming industry.
