ETF Market Vital Signs, Nov. 2; Energy Stocks Rebound

FYI: Stocks rose and bonds fell in a quiet trading session on Tuesday. Small-cap stocks led the pack, while energy shares rebounded for the second day in row. China stock ETFs got a lift from anticipation that the country’s central bank will take further action to shore up economic growth.
