ETF Market Vital Signs, Nov. 20; Small Caps And Builders Lead the Charge

FYI: U.S. stocks rose, giving the S&P 500 another record finish. Gains were led by shares of smaller U.S. companies and home builders, which rose after a report on sales of previously owned homes exceeded forecasts. Shares of European stocks fell, however, following weak manufacturing readings from the eurozone. Gold continued to rebound, along with precious-metal miners.
