An entirely new type of exchange traded product, debuting as soon as the spring, could disrupt investing in funds as we know it.
On Thursday, the Securities and Exchange Commission greenlit a nontransparent, hybrid exchange traded fund structure. And late Friday, it approved Nasdaq's request to list and trade this ETP.
