When Even A Good Investing App Is A Bad Choice

FYI: I’m all in favor of people picking up a penny, but I think you’d be a little bit nuts to try it in the middle of a NASCAR racetrack where the cars are racing by you at breakneck speed.
So when Fidelity Investments this week released a study showing that nearly 70% of frequent users of mobile financial apps believe that their mobile trading apps give them “a competitive advantage,” it gave me images of overconfident investors thinking they’re about to become rich when, in reality, they’re about to become roadkill.

Ted

I worry every day that John Chisum & Scott could become roadkill.

  • Copied from the first paragraph of the article. Does Ted have any original thought?

  • I don't see where this thread has anything to do with mutual funds. It should be off topic.

@catch22: Take two aspirin's , no take the whole bottle, and continue clipping you bond coupons. Remember the rule, we'll call you, don't call us.
