Outlooks Diverge Between U.S. And Non-U.S. Institutional Investors

FYI: A recent survey of global institutional investors, published by Pyramis Global Advisors, revealed a “surge in confidence,” but also showed significant differences between the outlook of investors in North America and the rest of the world. The 2014 Pyramis Global Institutional Investor Survey was conducted during June and July of 2014, and fielded responses from 811 participants from 22 countries representing more than $9 trillion in assets under management. Pyramis survey by client typePrivate and public sector pensions, insurance companies, unions, and central banks from the U.S., Canada, 13 European countries, and 7 from the Asia region, including Australia, participated in the survey.
