THOPX - a good alternative to Fidelity Cash Reserves Money Market?

Five star rated short term bond fund. Excellent long term record, although it has a high ER.

    I'm using SNGVX which is a short term gov't fund. I like it's stability and perceive it as a safe alternative to FIDO mm

    In 2008 THOPX made 2 jumps up and down by about 10% each. Does not look like cash... How about RPHYX which was discussed here?
