    I still think this story plays out before end of next year and, most likely, much sooner than that (6 months?)

    I would have to agree and if the upcoming Christmas season is a bust for Sears then that will close their doors.

    One thing to ponder, if the real estate is the value in Sears, then why keep the stores running?
