FYI: The growing popularity of exchange-traded funds led Morningstar to begin holding an annual conference on ETFs four years ago, and as various alternative strategies have become increasingly popular within ETFs and ETNs, “strategic beta” exchange-traded products (ETPs) were a primary focus of this year’s ETF Conference in Chicago, which concluded last week.
