Size Divides Most-Active ETFs

FYI: In a stock market that's turned hesitant in the past few weeks, big-cap ETFs SPDR S&P 500 (ARCA:SPY) and PowerShares QQQ (NASDAQ:QQQ) are up 2% from a month ago. They're also less than 1% off their 52-week highs and trading above their 50-day moving averages.

The small-cap iShares Russell 2000 (ARCA:IWM) ETF is up just 1%, 5% off its high and testing support its 50-day line. And small caps have lagged since early in the year. IWM is down 1% year to date, while SPDR S&P 500 is up 9% and QQQ is up 13
