FYI: Economists overwhelmingly expect the Federal Reserve to hold off raising short-term interest rates until at least 2015. But nearly a third say doing so would mean the central bank waited too long, a new survey found.
Of economists polled by the National Association for Business Economics, 31% said the Fed should lift rates from near zero this year. Just 4.5% expect that to actually happen, according to the survey released Monday.
