Any suggestions? This would be a small portion of our portfolio. I'd like it to be as broad as possible (i.e. across all markets/segments) since I'm clueless re which one(s) are/will be most profitable. Tanks in advance.
There's no way to know which will be the most profitable. The Wisdomtree India Earnings fund is a possible idea (EPI etf) The Matthews India fund would be my mutual fund choice if I were to go India-specific.
Others can speak in regards to Latin American ETFs/funds better than I, but I don't think there are any Brazil-specific mutual funds - there are Brazil ETFs.
Do be aware that these funds/ETFs can potentially be extremely volatile.
From a brief search, the EGShares Emerging Markets Consumer ETF (ECON) may come close to what you are looking for based on the current composition: 49% Latin America (18.4% Brazil) and 13.9% India. Here is the fund's web site:
