I have found http://pdfburger.com/ to be a great tool. I use it to convert PDF files into Word files so I can edit them, highlight, copy and paste, etc. I also use it to convert web pages to a PDF file, which works great. It will also convert files to PDF, combine files, and do other things as well. A great program. And it's free.
