How To Delete A Post Made In Error?

I just posted to congratulate David Snowball on his excellent interview with Chuck Jaffe.
However, I posted it in the wrong discussion. I posted it under the discussion David Snowball's Monthly Commentary.

How can I remove that post?

    I believe that if you click on the gear wheel and then click edit, you can erase the post. I'm not sure you can delete it.

    Thanks very much JohnChisum . Much appreciated. I was able to erase the post, and then type in the word Delete where it required something to be typed.
