    Contrary to this article, my Latin America fund (PRLAX) and Africa / Middle East / Mediterrean fund (TRAMX) have posted nice returns since February.

    I was in PRLAX a few years ago. I bailed after about a year of going nowhere. TRAMX has been nicer to me, yes!:)
