Worrisome. But should I be surprised? Nothing that happens in the world of investing takes any regard for what is right, good, just, fair, equitable. My mutual funds would PREVENT me from even trying to do what the HFT guys are doing as a matter of daily routine. I can't buy and sell shares like that. Some of them have a 90-day closed-door. I chose "FIFO" but even so...
