income for life... [ot & non-ot] plus a few more reads
Thanks John. The first article is exceptionally well written and covers lota different vehicles, but what I took away is ya can't earn **** no-how at these prevailing rates. Give me a candidate who can promise 3% in a insured savings account and I might vote for him/her. Remember when you were considered a idiot if ya had a few k sitting in a non interest bearing account? Now, what the #%!*&? Why go through the bother filling out the paperwork to earn .10% in a one year cd? End of rant.
