I think he was referring to school teachers' life-time earnings with benefits, and he has the moral high ground, of course. But I didn't think people who would make comments like this were allowed on any board outside of school boards. Must have snuck in with a moustache and a comb-over (and was mistaken for a Gross look-a-like, so they expected a company man[ikin]). Guess we'll know who doesn't get his board term renewed. OTOH, Gross might let him stay so long as he makes the vote unanimous on those other pesky governance issues. OSAH (still another, etc), can you tolerate a dissenting vote on compensation decisions? Man overboard!
