Dear Bee: As far as I am aware there are no diamond open-end mutual funds or ETFs. There are some precious metals funds, such as Vanguard, that contain some individual diamond stocks. For your information here is a 2011 article on diamonds.

I believe there were some plans for a physical diamond ETF, but it never happened.

There actually was a diamond ETF, launched in 2013, and liquidated in January 2104, called Pure Funds ISE Diamond/Gemstone ETF (GEMS).
