Buffett is going to get excellent terms for Buffett and these institutions will not be allowed to fail no matter how many times they get in trouble. BoA can talk about how they don't need to raise money until they start selling assets and doing things like this. So far, the market was thrilled for about 15 minutes and now is back to close to flat.
Some businesses should just be left to fail, from lack of a plan !
And yes, guess the BofA will be able to cancel those asset sales and email the employees about not being dismissed. Ah, the employment numbers will turn positive any day now................

I think this deal may work out long term for both parties [look what happened to WELLS FARGO and morgan stanley which he made billions on in the past]
I still think BOA may offer reasonable YTM at 8s% return for its bonds [too big too fail imho]
I'm sure it will be a peachy deal for all involved.
