I noticed that if you were to reply to a discussion when not logged in the box to put comments comes at top while when you are logged in, it is in the bottom. I think it would be better if it was uniformly at the bottom as the comments will go there once the post is submitted.
Also, when posting without login, if the user name belongs to a registered user, the user could be asked to enter password. This way, anonymous users might not impersonate a registered user and a registered user might not post by accident as an anonymous user.
