Fidelity Floating rate

What the heck is wrong with Fidelity Floating Rate Hi yield? It is pathetic, I thought there was some kind of safety in loans that reprice often.

    loans are popular when there are expectation of the rising interest rates. Fed just put those to rest - hense all loan funds are suffering.
