Good question, I've noticed the same. The yield on RPHYX is all over the map as well and I've had that for the past 2 years. I look at is as a little surprise every month.
I've been investing in XBI since 2008, mostly invested in 2008-2011, and am pleased but more than a little concerned about the run up. Considering taking profits on 1/3-1/2 of it now and seeing what happens.
