Historically overpriced....a clarification.

“The stock market is historically overpriced, and becoming more so by the day.”

I wanted to possibly clarify David's statement. I think now we can say "hysterically overpriced...." ;/

  • Hi rforno,

Given the low level of inflation combined with strong earnings and GDP growth, it looks closer to fairly valued to us. It won't be hysterically overpriced until the doubters capitulate and hysteria appears. We aren't there yet.

That's not to say it won't suffer some price weakness, perhaps soon. We feel that weakness will be a buying opportunity.
