@Derf- yeah, I've also been getting that sometimes recently. But it seems to go through on the second try, and the site works fine once "admitted". Sounds to me like server overload. OJ
It is likely a scheduled maintenance on Schwab's severs. One would plan to schedule at midnight hours in order to minimize the disruption for the customers.
