FYI: While a lot of investors have written off the Russell 2000 and small cap stocks since the index's peak in early March, a look at the index's chart shows that it has, more than anything else, been trading in a range bound consolidation mode. This is a topic we have covered in the past, but with the index's recent moves, it warrants an update.
